Tour Description

DAY 1: ISTANBUL

Welcome to Istanbul, Turkey. You will be transferred to your hotel and stay overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 2: ISTANBUL

In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel and go to the Hippodrome.

The Hippodrome was the social center of Constantinople, the capital of the Byzantine Empire. And it was a public arena mainly used for chariot races. It was also home to gladiatorial games, ceremonies, and celebrations. Hippodrome functioned all in Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman periods. The Hippodrome is known for its four monuments; Serpent Column, Obelisk of Theodosius, Walled Obelisk, and Statues of Porphyrios.

Hagia Sophia Museum is the most important Byzantine structure and one of the world’s great monuments. It was built in Constantinople in the 6th century. It is the former Christian cathedral, later an Ottoman mosque, and now a museum. Now, it is welcoming both local and foreign visitors. (Closed on Monday)

Blue Mosque, also known as the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, was constructed in the 17th century. It is one of the most important works of Ottoman history and one significant symbol of Istanbul. The mosque is known as the Blue Mosque because of blue tiles surrounding the walls of interior design. (Closed on Friday)

Topkapi Palace was the political center of the Ottoman Empire between the 15th and 19th centuries. It was used for educational administration and as the art center of the state. It is now a museum that exhibits the imperial collections of the Ottoman Empire. (Closed on Tuesday)

Grand Bazaar, is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world which has lots of shopping opportunities with its carpets, leather, jewelry, Turkish delight, spices, and antique tiles. (Closed on Sunday)

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel and stay overnight.

DAY 3: ANKARA

Early in the morning, you will be picked from your hotel and transferred to the Istanbul Airport.  And, you fly to Ankara.

In Ankara, you will visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum and the Mausoleum of Ataturk. And then, we depart to Cappadocia. On the way to Cappadocia, you also visit Salt Lake.

You stay overnight in Cappadocia.

DAY 4: CAPPADOCIA

In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel. And, the first place that you will visit is Goreme Open-Air Museum.

Goreme Open-Air Museum is an enchanting open-air museum and an example of the cultural heritage of humanity. Fairy chimneys seem mysterious and cities that extend many meters deep into the earth are all enveloped in an atmosphere that is ethereal and unworldly.

Uchisar Castle is situated at the highest point in Cappadocia. There are many rooms connected via stairs, tunnels, and narrow passages. It also has the most magnificent panoramic view of the magical fairy chimneys and towns.

Pasabag (Monks Valley), contains some of the most striking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia with twin and even triple rock caps. In ancient times, the hermits of Cappadocia have distanced themselves from the world in this place.

Avanos (Pottery),  is famous for the pottery, silk, wool and carpet weaving, wine cultivation, and agriculture. This magnificent place hosting countless civilizations reflects the visitors' both natural and human-made masterpieces today.

Devrent Valley is also known as the Pink Valley or Imaginary Valley. Unlike other valleys, it was never inhabited. It is famous for its lunar landscape. The fairy chimneys are strange with their look. They have many different shapes like human figures and animals.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel and stay overnight in Cappadocia.

DAY 5: CAPPADOCIA

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by our tour guide. And, the first place that you will visit is Cavusin Village.

Cavusin Village is an old Greek village in Cappadocia. There is a 5th-century church of Saint John the Baptist, situated in the old village part.

Ortahisar Castle offers an amazing panorama over the fairy chimneys. It is one of the best viewpoints in Cappadocia.

Kaymakli Underground City, is the widest underground city, while the deepest one is Derinkuyu Underground City. Miraculously well protected and maintained structure is a member of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Pigeon Valley, is one of the best spots for walking in the Cappadocia Region. Pigeons had been used for food and fertilizing the inefficient soil in this region. Their rocky homes can still be found throughout the region.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to Izmir. You will be transferred to Kusadasi and stay overnight.

DAY 6: EPHESUS

In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel and drive to Ephesus.

Ephesus was an ancient port Greek city on the coast of India and it was built in the 10th century. It was one of the most important Greek cities and the most important trading center in the Mediterranean region. It contains such grand public buildings as the impressive Library of Celsus, the theatre, and the Temple of Artemis.

Temple of Artemis, also known as the Temple of Diana was a Greek Temple dedicated to the goddess of Artemis. The great temple was built about 550 BCE and it was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

House of the Virgin Mary, is located on the top of a mountain which is 9 km ahead of Ephesus.  According to the common belief, it is the place that Mary, the mother of Jesus, has spent her last days. Indeed, she may have come to the area together with Saint John to spread Christianity.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Kusadasi and stay overnight.

DAY 7: PAMUKKALE

After breakfast, we depart to Pamukkale.

Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Turkey. The area is famous for a carbonate mineral left by the flowing water and it has been drawing attention with its thermal springs since the time of classical antiquity. It is also listed as a World Heritage Sides by UNESCO.

Hierapolis was an ancient Greek city located on hot springs. The hot springs have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BC. There are also deep niches in the inner section, including the bath, library, and gymnasium.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Kusadasi and stay overnight.

DAY 8: PERGAMON

In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel and drive to Pergamon.

Pergamon was a rich and powerful ancient Greek city. It is listed by UNESCO as World Heritage Site. It was also one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. In Pergamon, you will visit Pergamon Altar, Acropolis, Great Theatre, Red Basilica, and Asclepion.

At the end of the tour, you stay overnight in Canakkale.

DAY 9: TROY

Troy was the setting of the Trojan War described in the Greek Epic Cycle, in particular in the Iliad. In Troy, you will visit the famous Trojan Horse, Troy Ancient Ruins, Odeon, City Walls, the Scaean Gate, Sanctuary, and Roman Bath. You will get information about the history of the Troy Wars and more from our tour guide.

At the end of the tour, you depart to Bursa and stay overnight.

DAY 10: BURSA

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel. Bursa was the first capital city of the Ottoman Empire. The first visit is Ulucami also known as Great Mosque which dates back to the 13th Century. Then, we drive to Tophane, where you can see Bursa city view and Osman and Orhangazi Tombs. They were the founders of the Ottoman Empire. Also, you have the opportunity to see the famous Silk Bazaar. The last visit is Green Tomb.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Istanbul and stay overnight.

DAY 11: ISTANBUL

In the morning, you will be picked from your hotel by our tour guide and go to the Spice Bazaar. It is one of the largest bazaars in the city, you can buy lovely presents from here for your loved ones.

After that, you have a Bosphorus tour by boat. Throughout the tour, you will see Ciragan Palace, Ortakoy Mosque, and Rumeli Fortress.

In the afternoon, you will visit Dolmabahce Palace, which was built in the 19th century, is one of the glamorous palaces in the world. It was the administrative center of the late Ottoman Empire. After the foundation of the Turkish Republic, Ataturk occupied a room at Dolmabahce Palace. He welcomed his foreign guests and made the palace a center for national and for international conferences. Also, Atatürk passed away in this palace.

Bezmialem Valide Sultan Mosque is located next to Dolmabahce Palace. Sultan Abdulmecid has this mosque made for the memory of his mother, Bezmi Alem Valide Sultan.

At the end of the tour, you go back to the hotel and you stay overnight.

DAY 12: ISTANBUL

You have free time until your flight. You will be transferred to the Istanbul Airport and fly back to your home.

You can watch how the traditional Turkish carpet weaving is done by using wool yarns naturally dyed with alizarines. Enjoying a glass of tea while listening to the hypnotic clatter of the hand weaving looms is a lovey experience. You can buy carpets to enrich the decoration of your home with a wonderfully colored, traditional Turkish art.


The excavations have proved that the art of ceramics is as old as the ancient city of Ephesus with all those ceramic ovens and objects discovered. In Selçuk, you can still see ceramic workshops which bring forth the aesthetic characteristic of the earth when treated with fire. Wonderful designs are immortalized by artisanship, natural colors and ceramic ovens. Ceramic workshops are amongst the most popular spots within visitors of the area.


Leather Factory, some of the finest leather items manufactured in Turkey often find their way to shops in Italy. Premium grade leather is selected. This is then designed by fine craftsmanship into beautiful leather goods that speak of style and elegance.Among these products that people demand are leather jackets, shoes and belts, all produced in Turkey using traditional methods. If you want to go shopping for a leather in Turkey then a leather wallet or purse is always a good option for a souvenir. Tourists like shopping for leather products in Turkey because it is known that quality and workmanship of leather products are of a high standart.


Onyx Demonstration, Cappadocia has the onyx mines where the highest quality onyx is found (brown-veined green onyx is the highest quality, followed by brown-veined beige). Local artisans are experts at making items of jewelry as well as beautiful vases, chess sets, and numerous other attractive artifacts and knick-knacks. Watch a demonstration of how this very hard and brittle stone is cut, shaped and polished, before seeing the many beautiful onyx products.
