Booking and Payment:
a. To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required, as specified during the booking process. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon. b. Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed. c. Any additional charges, such as visa fees, taxes, or surcharges, will be clearly stated during the booking process. d. Full payment is generally required prior to the commencement of the tour or service, unless otherwise specified in writing by us.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation policy will be specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service, accommodation, or tour. b. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy. c. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services once the tour or service has commenced.
Travel Insurance:
a. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen baggage. b. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance coverage is adequate and meets your specific needs.
Changes and Amendments:
a. If you request any changes or amendments to your booking after it has been confirmed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees. b. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or other aspects of the tour or service, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Liability:
a. We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, etc.) and are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of the acts, negligence, or omissions of such suppliers. b. We are not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables that are lost, damaged, or stolen during your trip. c. You acknowledge that travel involves certain risks and you assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the tour or service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our travel agency is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
